2. Anti-slip, Wear-resistant, and Wash-resistant:Provides strong traction after curing, ensuring stable anti-slip performance for yoga and floor socks. It withstands repeated washing, sweat, and friction; the socks silicone passes the cross-hatch adhesion test and resists peeling even with vigorous scrubbing. The matte finish offers superior wear resistance compared toPVC, water-based inks or PU adhesives .XC can produce glossy socks silicone and matte socsk silicone.

3. Eco-friendly and Safe:Uses a platinum-cure system; free from phthalates, PVC, and formaldehyde; OEKO-TEX compliant. Suitable for infant and children's socks; low odor.Simple mixture.Ratio:100:2,add 100g silicone ink base with 2g catalyst,5-10g silicone pigment.

4. Stable Adhesion:Strong adhesion to polyester, nylon, and cotton-spandex blends. With proper base-layer treatment, it will not peel off nylon socks; extremely low shrinkage ensures the print does not deform.

5. glossy and matte socks silicone:Matte finish offers a premium, non-reflective look; capable of creating thick, raised designs such as dots, grids, and logos. Available in transparent or solid colors; suitable for both machine and manual screen printing.Glossy socks silicone can have much better anti-slip than matte silicone.It's ideal for screen printing amazing color.If adding reflective powder in the silicone ink,the printing design is very attractive.

6. Aging Resistance:Resistant to yellowing from sunlight and withstands high and low temperatures; remains soft after washing.

7.No bubble after cured:The socks silicone is developed by special formula.It's conducive for bubbles to go out during baking.

screen printing steps on socks and gloves

Step1:Prepare the screen printing mesh,plate,squeegee,cloth for cleaning,scale,cup,glass stick.

Step 2:Mixing socks silicone ink base with catalyst,silicone pigment.XC recommends you print two pairs of socks for test before mass production.Please check if the baking temperature is good for socks silicone to be cured,and easy for bubbles to go out easily.

Step 3:After good test from Step 2,XC advises that you can mix 20kg silicone ink with catalyst,color one time.If you require high quality,please use the vacuum machine.

Step 4:After baking the socks with the printed silicone, place them in a plastic turnover box to cool before packaging; this prevents the socks from sticking together.

Package:20kg/bucket.Sea shipping package will be packed in wood box.Normally,one wood box can pack 24 buckets,480kg.

Storage:please store the silicone ink in cooling place without sunshine,at room temeperature.
