How to press silicone sticker on t shirts?

Step1：Set up technical data for heat press machine.XC recommends you pressure 4kg,press temperature 165℃,press 20 seconds .If the heat transfers are high thickness 0.8mm,0.9mm,1.0mm,1.5mm,etc,you must press backside and front.

Step2：Turn on the heat press and let the temperature reach 165 degrees.

Step3：Use a laser marking tool to precisely position the area where the silicone transfer label is to be applied. This ensures consistent placement for every heat-pressing operation, eliminating positional variations.

Step4：Place t shirts or hoodie on press machine.

Step5：Place silicone sticker on clothes.

Step6：Start heat pressing.

Step7：Place the garment with the heat-pressed silicone label on a rack to cool before peeling off the transfer film.

Package:one PP bag can pack 20pcs.If the heat transfer logo is large size,XC will use large PP bag.

Storage:Please store the silicone sticker at coolinfg place.Keep warehouse clean.
