Silicone Mold Production Process (Today we talk about liquid silicone rubber.)

一.Pre-molding Preparation

1、Buy one SPIDER-MAN toy from supermarket.Please clean the whole spider-man toy with alcohol

2.Prepare one cup,one scale,mixing stick,silicone brush,silicone knife.

3. Pour 50g liquid silicone rubber A with 50g B.Use the mixing stick to stir the silicone product A and B until well combined.

4.Use a silicone brush to apply the release agent on spider-man toy.

5.Brush the mixed liquid silicone rubber with silicone brush on spider-man toy about three times.Please keep the silicone coating for surface dry before new coating every time.

6.Please peel off the silicone mold from the spider-man when the liquid silicone rubber is cured well.

7.Turn the newly made silicone mold inside out and apply a mold release agent.

8.Open the bucket for liquid silicone rubber.Pour 100g silicone A and 100g silicone B,5-10g red silicone pigment,mixing them well.

9.Pour the mixed red liquid silicone rubber into the spider-man mold.

10.The silicone can be cured at room temperature 4-8 hours.You can bake the silicone product with oven.Before baking it,please wait for 1hour to let bubbles go out completely.You only bake the silicone about 30-60 minutes at 60-80℃.

11.After cured completely,please peel off the silicone spider-man toy from silicone mold slowly.You get the amazing red spider-man toy.It's best gift for your children.If you make the silicone toy with your baby together,your children will love you and grow happily.They will remember you forever.This is the best way to nurture your children; they can enjoy a happy and healthy upbringing by making silicone toys together.
