Description:Silicone heat transfer is made of high elastisity sillicone polymer.It's two parts silicone product.It can be cured at low temperature 80℃.If you need fast dry,please bake it at 100℃,or add fast catalyst.Screen printing workshop often uses the silicone ink to make silicone sticker for t shirts,hoodie,shoes,etc.When you make heat transfers,the silicone product must work with crosslinker,hot melt glue or hot melt powder,glossy or matte silicone,transfer PET film.

Heat transfers for screen printing steps

Remarks:Please order the silicone transfer PET film.There are matte and glossy film.Nowadays,most of screen printing workshop often use telfron paper to make heat transfers.Teflon paper can be reused multiple times, thereby reducing screen printing costs and enhancing the company's production advantages to win customer trust.

Step 1:Start conveyer oven.Set up baking temperature at 150℃.Set up speed 0.6m/minute.

Step 2:Affix the Teflon sheet to the screen printing table, adjust the printing gap using the screen mesh, and then start the automatic table heating unit to bake for 5–10 minutes.Baking temperature about 100℃.

Step 3:Print hot melt glue.XC recommends you use mesh 100-40T.The mesh can avoid mesh blocking during screen printing.If you use large hole of mesh,the hot melt glue layer will be thick.The sticking force on fabric will be excellent.XC advises you print hot melt glue 6-8 times.

Step 4:Print crosslinker.XC recommends you print three times.Please use mesh 100-40T too.Every print layer must be baked for surface dry at 100-120℃.

Step 5:Print clear silicone heat transfer,you'd better print 6 times.Bake every print for surfacef dry at 100-120℃.

Step 6:Print color transfer silicone.Please add 100g silicone ink base with 10g catalyst,10g silicone pigment.XC recommends you print at least 6 times.Bake every print for surface dry.

Step 7:Print glossy silicone .XC recommends you print two times.During screen printing glossy silicone,please hold the squeegee and move it slowly at a 70-degree angle; this produces a glossy silicone print with a curved profile and an excellent 3D effect.

Package:20kg/bucket.Sea shipping package will be packed in wood box.Normally,one wood box can pack 24 buckets,480kg.

Storage:please store the silicone ink in cooling place without sunshine,at room temeperature.
