Description：High density silicone ZT-2021 is two parts silicone product.The catalyst has fast catalyst,middle catalyst,slow catalyst.In summer,please use slow catalyst during screen printing silicone ink.In winter,please use fast catalyst.It's heat cure silicone.It's ideal for high density screen printing on polyester,nylon,cotton blender fabric.The high density silicone ZT-2021 must work with glossy silicone or matte silicone,silicone thinner,silicone pigment.

Screen printing steps(nylon or polyester fabric)
Step 1：Printing crosslinker(silicone adhesive) ZT-2210.
Step 2：Print clear high density silicone ZT-2021.
Step 3：Print color silicone ink:Add 100g high density silicone ink base ZT-2021 with 10g catalyst,10g silicone pigment,10g silicone thinner,mixing them evenly.Please print the mixed color high density silicone.
Step 4：Print glossy silicone ZT-2208(if you need matte finish,please print matte silicone ZT-2209):During screen printing glossy silicone,please keep print table clean,no dirt in workshop.After screen printing glossy silicone,please wait for five minutes.Let bubbles go out .Then start baking it at low temperature,80-100℃.
Step 5：Please use conveyor oven to bake the printed fabric at 100-130℃,about three minutes.
