Key Advantages of Screen-Printing puff Silicone (Specialized for Garment Printing).This screen-printing puff silicone is a platinum-catalyzed, two-component addition-cure silicone primarily used for creating raised, high-build foam prints on fabric. It offers significant advantages over standard water-based foaming pastes and plastisol inks:

1.Superior Hand-feel and Amazing 3D Effect
Upon high-temperature foaming, XC recommends baking every print for surface ddry at 100-120℃. You'd better print 3–4 times, creating a fine, uniform cell structure. The finished print is soft, resilient, and velvety to the touch, with excellent rebound after compression. It's ideal for screen printing on hoodie,t shirts.. It enables the creation of full, pronounced 3D logos with a depth effect far superior to standard foaming pastes.
2. High Elasticity and Exceptional Print Durability
Once cured, the silicone’s elasticity matches that of the fabric; it does not crack or peel when applied to stretch fabrics or spandex blends. It withstands repeated washing (capable of enduring dozens of wash cycles), dry cleaning, and abrasion, while meeting OEKO-TEX, REACH, and Nike/Adidas environmental standards.
3.Excellent Weather Resistance
The finished print fabric remains stable over a wide temperature range (-60°C to 220°C). It is resistant to UV radiation and ozone, ensuring no chalking or yellowing upon sun exposure. It is waterproof and moisture-resistant;
4.Eco-friendly, safe, and highly compatible
The silicone polymer is non-toxic, odorless, free of plasticizers, and do not leach. It is suitable for printing on cotton, single jersey, French terry, polyester, blends, webbing, and PU leather. It works well with both machine printing and manual screen printing and is resistant to screen clogging.
Puff Screen printing steps
Step 1:Print crosslinker to increase the sticky force on polyester,nylon fabric.XC advises that you'd better print 2-3 times.Bake every print for surface dry before next print.Baking temperature:100-120℃.
Step 2:Print clear elasitic high density silicone ink.The HD silicone can bring amazing 3D puff screen print.XC recommends you print 6-10 times.Every print must be surface dry.
Step 3:Add 100g puff silicone ink base with 10g catalyst,10g silicone pigment,10g thinner,mixing them evenly.Please print 3-4 times.Bake every print for surface dry at 100℃.Don't bake the puff ink at 130℃.
Package:20kg/bucket.Sea shipping package will be packed in wood box.Normally,one wood box can pack 24 buckets,480kg.
Storage:please store the silicone ink in cooling place without sunshine,at room temeperature.
