Usage of mold silicone

Step 1： Dram engineering artwork for mold.The mold is made of brass.Please apply the telfron coating to mold.It can help demold easily and get long life cycle.

Step 2：Mix mold silicone with catalyst,silicone reducer,color.Please add 100g mold silicone base with 10g catalyst,5-10g silicone pigment,10-30g silicone reducer.XC recommends you mix 10kg every time.The quanity depends your production.

Step 3：Cut the hot melt film,package adhesive film according to mold size.The cutting volume is determined by the factory's daily production capacity.

Step 4：clean the mold machine and dispenser with silicone ruducer.

Step 5：Set up technical data for mold machine.Upper mold temperature:80℃.Lower mold temperature:180℃.Mold press time:55 seconds.Vacuum time:20 seconds.Exhausst time:6 seconds.

Step 6：Start production of 3D heat transfer logo with machine.Use dispenser to fill the mold with silicone ink.Then place the cut hot-melt adhesive film onto the mold.Place the mold with hot melt film on mold machine.Please place one telfron paper on hot melt film to avoid hot melt film sticking machine during press.

Step 7：Peel off the excess hot-melt film.Use adhesive film to pack the silicone logo.

Package：20kg/bucket.Sea shipping package will be packed in wood box.Normally,one wood box can pack 24 buckets,480kg.

Storage：please store the silicone ink in cooling place without sunshine,at room temeperature.
