Description: The embossing silicone has different hardness.XC can customize hardness by your requirement.It's used for t shirt,hoodie,denmin fabric to make 3D embossing.

Usage of embossing silicone

The silicone product is two parts.Mixture:10:1,add 100g silicone ink base with 10g catalyst.After mixing them well. Please print the mixed embossing silicone on your product.XC recommends you use mesh 80-100.

You should set up embossing machine data.Upper mold temperature:180℃.Lower mold temperature:120℃.Press time:15~20seconds.If the embossing design is large,you must adjust the press time and press longer.

Steps for embossing t shirts productionn

Step 1：Draw mold design by computer.Then make the mold for embossing.The mold is made of aluminum.XC recommends you use telfron coating for molds.Teflon coating facilitates the demolding of embossed silicone and extends the service life of the mold.

Step 2：Brush the embossing silicone on backside of mold,start embossing machine and press the molds about 30seconds.Let the molds stick on embossing machine.

Step 3：Mixed embossinfg silicone with catalyst.

Step 4：Use rubber squeegee 65°to print the embossing silicone on t shirts.

Step 5：Place the printed t shirts on embossing machine.

Package：20kg/bucket.Sea shipping package will be packed in wood box.Normally,one wood box can pack 24 buckets,480kg.

Storage：please store the silicone ink in cooling place without sunshine,at room temeperature.
