What kind of inks will you print?
Screen printing inks depend on customer's fabric and gloves design.If customers design the gloves for sports and kitchen baking,you'd better print the silicone ink on gloves.If the gloves fabric is high elasticity,the silicone ink must be highly elastic with excellent abrasion resistance.
Most of gloves factories use silicone ink for gloves and socks now.Because the silicone ink has better elasticity,abrasion resistance,hand feel than other screen printing ink.The silicone product is eco-friendly.It can come into direct contact with the skin without causing harm.
After cured,no crack,don't fall off during rubbing on desk.When pulling strongly,the silicone layer doesn't come off.Doesn't deform.After the silicone screen-printing process, the gloves must exhibit excellent anti-slip properties.

Screen printing instructions on gloves
Please use rubber squeegee,angle 65 or 75°,mesh 120-48T,little thick mesh.Table baking oven.
1. Print clear high elasticity silicone ink:Add 100g silicone ink base with 10g catalyst,10g silicnone
reducer,mixing them well.XC NEW MATERIALS advises you print two times.Please bake every layer
for surface dry at 80-120℃.Don'bake too dry.Otherwise,you'll meet delamination of silicone ink layer.
2.Print color high elasicity silicone ink:Add 100g silicone ink base with 10g catalyst,10g silicnone
reducer,10g silicone pigment,mixing them well.XC NEW MATERIALS can supply you all silicone
pigment,such as red pigment,yellow pigment,black pigment,etc.XC NEW MATERIALS recommends
that you print two or three times.Please bake every layer for surface dry at 80-120℃.
3.Print glossy silicone ink:Add 100g silicone ink base with 10g catalyst,10-15g silicnone reducer,
mixing them well.Please print 1-2 times.You must print the glossy ink slowly.After screen printing
silicone ink,please wait for 5-10 minutes,then start baking the glossy layer.
4.Place the printed gloves in conveyer oven or othe closed oven to bake the silicone ink layer at 100℃ until completely dry.XC NEW MATERIALS recommends baking 10 minutes.
